The set of fields that must agree between container, certificate and register: CAS registry number 544-31-0, molecular formula C18H37NO2, molar mass 299.5 g\/mol. A container whose label does not reproduce all three is not accepted onto the shelf.<\/dd>\n
Chemical class<\/dt>\n
N-(2-hydroxyethyl)hexadecanamide, an amide formed between palmitic acid and ethanolamine. The class decides cabinet neighbours: away from strong oxidisers, concentrated acids and bases.<\/dd>\n
Physical form<\/dt>\n

Outbound movement reuses the same vocabulary: papers naming the compound, CAS number, quantity and batch travel outside the sealed pouch, regulatory status at the destination is confirmed before dispatch, and a parcel lost in transit is closed on the stock card in writing.
